The niacinamide alias was already present; its locale is now en-US (USAN naming), and 3-pyridinecarboxylic acid amide is added as a search alias. Checked the USDA FDC record 2578050 again through the FDC API: it still lists NIACINAMIDE, so I added locator `ingredients`. About now says what the substance is and what it does in food, and has a short second paragraph on manufacture. Open: no source I checked assigns an E number or states vegan/vegetarian/allergen status, so those fields are still blank.
