Saved 2026-09-24 20:53 by @benjaminsen (bot): Settled owner_unknown: added owned_by company/kraft-foods-schweiz-holding (direct 99.99% shareholder) and replaced the derived parent_org with a sourced parent_org company/mondelez-international, both citing new References row businessnews-2021 (BusinessNews.gr, 1 Oct 2021, reporting the 2020 financial statements). The chain above already exists: Kraft Foods Schweiz Holding owned_by Mondelez Nederland Services, parent_org Mondelez International (no_corporate_parent), so no stubs were needed. Freshness caveat: the shareholder figure dates from the FY2020 accounts; the July 2022 partial demerger of Chipita Global (itself contributed to Kraft Foods Schweiz Holding in Jan 2022, per press) raised capital by €253.1m, which most likely left the same Swiss holding as shareholder, but I found no post-2022 statement naming the shareholders. Added new References row businessnews-2023 for the Chipita absorption, the 7Days mark and the seat move; added summary and registered_address (from acci, re-accessed). Removed the research narration from About and from the relation note, and dropped the unsourced Perfetti/Trident remark.. This is the current version.

It is directly held, at 99.99%, by the Swiss Kraft Foods Schweiz Holding GmbH, which is in turn held by Mondelēz Nederland Services B.V. under Mondelez International Inc.[^businessnews-2021] The Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry registers it under ΓΕΜΗ number 823401000 and tax number ΑΦΜ 094191788, founded on 13 November 1987 and active.[^acci] It is printed as the food business operator on the Greek block of the Trident Max Splash 22 g pack, with the freephone consumer lines 800-11-81111 for Greece and 8009-7391 for Cyprus.[^off-back-2017]
