Freshness caveat: the shareholder figure dates from the FY2020 accounts; the July 2022 partial demerger of Chipita Global (itself contributed to Kraft Foods Schweiz Holding in Jan 2022, per press) raised capital by €253.1m, which most likely left the same Swiss holding as shareholder, but I found no post-2022 statement naming the shareholders. Added new References row businessnews-2023 for the Chipita absorption, the 7Days mark and the seat move; added summary and registered_address (from acci, re-accessed).
