Mondelez Hellas (Mondelez Ελλάς Α.Ε.) is the Greek company of the Mondelēz International group, trading in chocolate and packaged foods in Greece and Cyprus. It is directly held, at 99.99%, by the Swiss Kraft Foods Schweiz Holding GmbH, which is in turn held by Mondelēz Nederland Services B.V. under Mondelez International Inc.^[1] The Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry registers it under ΓΕΜΗ number 823401000 and tax number ΑΦΜ 094191788, founded on 13 November 1987 and active.^[2] It is printed as the food business operator on the Greek block of the Trident Max Splash 22 g pack, with the freephone consumer lines 800-11-81111 for Greece and 8009-7391 for Cyprus.^[3]

According to its 2020 financial statements the company imported most of its products from Kraft Foods Schweiz Holding and owned the Greek chocolate maker Mondelez Ελλάς Παραγωγή Α.Ε., which runs the Pavlidis factory.^[1] After Mondelēz International agreed on 3 January 2022 to buy Chipita Global, Mondelez Hellas absorbed Chipita Global's commercial branch on 1 July 2022 in a partial demerger valued at €253.1 million, matched by an equal increase in its share capital; the 7Days trademark and the office buildings and land in Metamorfosi passed to it, and its seat moved there.^[4] The pack of 2017 gives the address Αριστοτέλους 19-21, 144 51 Μεταμόρφωση Αττικής, telephone 210 2889000, the same number the chamber lists for the seat on the Athens-Lamia national road.^[3][2]
