Identity gains a `summary`, `registered_address` (4 rue de Presbourg, 75116 Paris), `wikidata` Q130745255 and `ISIN:FR001400TL40`; `founded` and the SIREN/LEI were re-verified against the register and kept. A new Relations section carries `owned_by company/bollore` from 2024-12-16 (Bollore SE 301,869,191 of 991,996,494 shares, with Compagnie de l'Odet SE 5,995,559, 31.03% of the capital between them at 31 December 2025 - a principal, not a majority, holding), `parent_org company/bollore-participations` on GLEIF's ultimate-parent record, `owned_by company/vivendi` closed at 2024-12-16 with `ended`, and `spun_off_from company/vivendi`.
