Both Bollore companies were missing and are created as stubs, each with a summary, register and GLEIF references and its own ownership row or statement: company/bollore states `parent_org company/bollore-participations`, and company/bollore-participations explains that GLEIF has it file a direct-parent reporting exception with reason NATURAL_PERSONS, which is where the walk up stops. company/vivendi and company/lagardere already exist and were not re-sent. New References rows: gleif-dp, gleif-up, lhg-ar (the 2025 annual report, the source of every share figure), lhg-legal, lhg-history and wp-lhg; rech was re-fetched on its SIREN and re-dated, chpsc was re-checked and is still active, lhgsite re-dated. An Establishments row records the registered office. About is rewritten to about 420 words and now says plainly that the company is listed on Euronext Growth Paris and who its reference shareholder is; the previous About's four facts are all still there. Unresolved and stated in the last paragraph and in the relation notes: GLEIF still publishes the direct-consolidation relationship to Vivendi SE as active, on a June 2024 filing covering the 2023 accounts - a year before the demerger - so the Vivendi end date comes from the listing, not the registry, and nothing reachable restates either consolidation chain on post-demerger accounts.
