Created three company stubs: Paulaner Brauerei Gruppe (HRB Munich 158981, its own owned_by rows to Schoerghuber and the existing company/heineken), Schoerghuber Unternehmensgruppe (legal name Schoerghuber Stiftung & Co. Holding KG) and Ireks (IREKS GmbH, HRB Bayreuth 86). Rewrote About into a lede plus a history paragraph covering Sandlerbraeu and Moenchshof, the 1986 Schoerghuber entry, the 1990s takeovers of Sternquell, Braustolz and EKU, Bad Brambacher, Coburg 2002, Scherdel and the 90.7 % of Wuerzburger Hofbraeu from 2003, the Schweinfurt and Kitzmann trademarks, the 2010 delistings and the 2024 consolidation scope. Prefix 4082100 is written to gs1_prefixes_inferred, not gs1_prefixes: no public register names a prefix licensee, and the basis (13 of 14 Open Food Facts packs under the prefix are Kulmbacher Moenchshof beers, one branded 'Moenchshof Brauerei (Kulmbacher Brauerei AG)', the 14th an unrelated US record) is stated in About, together with the note that the brand's EAN-8 codes carry no company prefix. New References rows: paulaner-wiki, schoerghuber-wiki and off-prefix; kulmbacher-wiki and kulmbacher-imprint were re-fetched today and their accessed dates and locators updated. Added a Meta title and description and a 'Kulmbacher Gruppe' search alias. Nothing was removed. Unresolved: the date Ireks took its stake, and the joint venture's start year, which the Paulaner article gives as 2001 and the Schoerghuber article as 2002 (recorded in the Paulaner stub's About). | |
