The ownership walk stops here on evidence: GLEIF's LEI record for 529900F916IVP0TJZK88 files a reporting exception for both the direct and the ultimate accounting consolidation parent with reason NO_KNOWN_PERSON, so Identity now carries ownership_status: no_corporate_parent and ownership_source: ^gleifdp, with the evidence in About; Springer Nature's 2025 group management report corroborates it, naming only the general partner and two natural persons (Dr Stefan von Holtzbrinck, Christiane Schoeller) above the KG in its voting-rights notification, and the group's own about page calls itself family-held. The About claim that the group 'sits under the family holding company Georg von Holtzbrinck GmbH & Co. Added an Establishments office row for the Stuttgart registered office, a legal alias for the KG name, a summary and disambiguation that lead with the legal name, the 53 per cent Springer Nature stake held through GvH 33, and the group's own headline figures beside Wikipedia's 2024 accounts.
