Re-verified every existing fact: the Companies House record for 03162897 still shows the company active at 5 The Heights, Brooklands, Weybridge, incorporated 22 February 1996, the previous names Fennelvale Limited and Dairy Crest Group plc with the dates already in Aliases, and SIC 10410/10420/10512; the PSC page still names Saputo Dairy UK Ltd (11834952), 75 % or more of shares, notified 15 April 2019, so Identity, Relations and Aliases are unchanged and correct. Settled the cleanup flag from review-1a16c4: added a References row (Saputo Inc. press release of 14 August 2026 via GlobeNewswire, fetched and read) and a second About paragraph recording the definitive agreement with B.S.A. SAS (Lactalis) to sell the Dairy Division (UK), five manufacturing facilities plus Cathedral City, Wensleydale, Davidstow, Clover and Country Life, at an enterprise value of about GBP 988 million, closing expected by the end of Q1 calendar 2027 subject to regulatory approvals, with the divisional revenue figures the release gives.
