The paragraph states explicitly that this is a pending change: the release names the division and its brands rather than the individual holding companies and Companies House shows the Saputo chain unchanged on 2026-09-14, so the owned_by row stays as registered until completion, matching how the sibling company/dairy-crest-uk records it.
