Public sources suggest Coca-Cola HBC Holdings B.V. or CC Beverages Holdings II B.V. as possible intermediate holders, but none ties either one to Italy, so no owned_by row was added. Rebuilt the lede with The Coca-Cola Company Italian site (new ref `cocacolait`), which calls the company a controllata of Coca-Cola HBC AG and describes its role; parent_org is now `verified` because two independent sources agree (TCCC site and the group directory `cchimp`). Added `gleifitexc` (GLEIF direct-parent reporting exception, NON_CONSOLIDATING). owner_unknown is only partly settled: I could not establish the direct registered shareholder (the socio unico). The Italian site, group press PDFs and the promo regulations answer 403 or a Cloudflare challenge; Visurissima gives no shareholder; GLEIF files an exception; the Finance B.V. 2020 report lists related-party balances, not ownership.
