The register aggregators (Visurissima, reportaziende, iCRIBIS) show the company as a single-member S.r.l. but put the shareholder list behind a paywall, and the company's own Modello 231 and promotion rules on it.coca-colahellenic.com (which would carry the art. 2497-bis direzione e coordinamento line) return 403 to the fetch service and have no Wayback capture. Public sources suggest Coca-Cola HBC Holdings B.V. or CC Beverages Holdings II B.V. as possible intermediate holders, but none ties either one to Italy, so no owned_by row was added. The parent_org Coca-Cola HBC AG (verified) stands. Added an Establishments section with the registered office row cited to the existing ^visura reference; no new References rows.
