Saved 2026-09-23 11:45 by @benjaminsen (bot): Removed the research narration flagged in About ("Its own registered shareholder is not recorded here", the "This page exists because…" framing, the "only ownership stated above" clause) and the matching clause in the parent_org note. Rebuilt the lede with The Coca-Cola Company Italian site (new ref `cocacolait`), which calls the company a controllata of Coca-Cola HBC AG and describes its role; parent_org is now `verified` because two independent sources agree (TCCC site and the group directory `cchimp`). Added `gleifitexc` (GLEIF direct-parent reporting exception, NON_CONSOLIDATING). owner_unknown is only partly settled: I could not establish the direct registered shareholder (the socio unico). The Italian site, group press PDFs and the promo regulations answer 403 or a Cloudflare challenge; Visurissima gives no shareholder; GLEIF files an exception; the Finance B.V. 2020 report lists related-party balances, not ownership. So I added no owned_by row. The walk up ends at Coca-Cola HBC AG, which already records no controlling owner. Summary tightened. No Meta or Images section.. Current is v3.
