Walked up: Ricola AG → `parent_org` company/ricola-familienholding (GLEIF ultimate parent, accounts-filing corroborated); the Familienholding stub carries ownership_status no_corporate_parent on its GLEIF ultimate-parent reporting exception (NO_KNOWN_PERSON) plus Wikipedia family ownership. Ricola AG direct parent is reported to GLEIF as NO_LEI, so no direct `owned_by` was written for it. On CFP: added summary, registered_address, EUID and VAT ids, former legal name alias (Chupa Chups van Melle … KG, per North Data, new ref `ndcfp`), rewrote the Fisherman’s Friend distributes note (the old note credited Impex Management; the company’s own page names Lofthouse), and rebuilt About as lede + history. Founding shareholder Chupa Chups (bought by PVM 2006) is told in About only, not given a former-owner row, since its stake passed within PVM. No Meta, no images. | |
