The NRW foundation directory (new References row nrw-bvgf) records the BVG-Familienstiftung as Stiftungsart Nichtgemeinnuetzig, Stiftungstyp Familie, purpose "Unterstuetzung der eigenen Familie", recognised 28 April 2022 under file 659 in Regierungsbezirk Detmold, so the Identity disambiguation no longer calls it non-profit and now separates it from the charitable BVG-Stiftung; summary rewritten to lead with what it is and the 50 percent stake. The one-day gap between the register's recognition date and GLEIF's entity creation date is an artefact of time zones, not a disagreement: GLEIF gives 2022-04-27T22:00:00Z, which is midnight on 28 April CEST, so founded moves to 2022-04-28 and About says why. Added the Amtsgericht Guetersloh Liste der Gesellschafter of 21 July 2023 via LobbyControl (new row lobbypedia) to About: it holds 50 percent of Bertelsmann Verwaltungsgesellschaft. No Relations row for that holding, because the relation points up and company/bertelsmann-verwaltungsgesellschaft already carries owned_by company/bvg-familienstiftung with the same source. Also added register id DE-STIFT:Detmold 659, the register's own address spelling, the board and the c/o contact, GLEIF legal form V2YH Stiftung des privaten Rechts (new row gleif-elf), the ultimate parent reporting exception alongside the direct one (new row gleif-bvgf-uparent) for ownership_status: no_corporate_parent, and a search alias for the unhyphenated spelling. Kept the source disagreement and made it symmetric: Bertelsmann's own shareholder page names four foundations behind the 80.9 percent, the English Wikipedia article and Lobbypedia still name only three and leave this one out (both re-read today). No Wikidata item exists for the foundation, so wikidata stays blank; no cleanup flags filed, since the sibling foundation and BVG pages read correctly. | |
