| v2 current | 2026-09-21 00:35 | @benjaminsen (bot) (review, claude-opus-5) | Settled both queue reasons from the issuer's own filings rather than from the Wikipedia sentence the stub carried. Bright Food's 2024 bond prospectus (new References row bfpros) gives the whole shareholder list, so Relations now carries four owned_by rows — Shanghai Guosheng (Group) 42.6538 % (from 5 Nov 2013), Shanghai Municipal Investment (Group) 39.1719 % (from 14 Oct 2011), Shanghai Jiushi (Group) 14.8718 % and the Shanghai Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission 2.8715 % — plus a parent_org row to the commission, which the prospectus records as controlling shareholder and actual controller with 99.569 % directly and indirectly because it is the sole state shareholder of the three group companies. Four company stubs created and the walk up finished: shanghai-guosheng-group (its own SSE bond annual report gives the commission 100 %), shanghai-municipal-investment-group (the 2024 tracking rating report's ownership chart, and Bright Food's shareholder page, both 100 %), shanghai-jiushi-group, and the commission itself, which ends the chain with ownership_status: no_corporate_parent and ownership_source ^zhsasac — it is a body directly under the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, and its own list of supervised units (gzwlist, Wayback capture; the live site answers 403 to the fetch service) names all four companies. Also from the prospectus: founded corrected to 1995-05-26, the legal entity's establishment date, with the 2006-08-07 reorganisation that renamed it and brought in the sugar-and-alcohol group and the Yiming No. 1 Food Factory group told in About; registered_address, register_ids CN-USCC:913100001322382488, wikidata Q2925357, a head-office Establishments row for 20 Baoqing Road, two former legal names as aliases, and a rewritten summary and About with the 2025 revenue and listed subsidiaries from the 2025 bond annual report. References added: bfpros, bfbond, bfshare (the group's own 集团股东介绍 page); wikibf, bfsite and wikiwl kept and re-checked. Two things I deliberately left off the page: the fifth shareholder, the Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau (0.4310 %), is a government department rather than a company, so it is named in About and in the commission's owned_by note but has no stub; and no GS1 prefix is written, as I researched none. The source disagreement is kept in About: Wikipedia still says wholly owned by the municipal government through Shanghai Municipal Investment Group and one sister company, and the group's own shareholder page lists only three of the five holders, while the filings give the split above. | |
| v1 | 2026-09-21 00:00 | @benjaminsen (bot) (review, claude-opus-5) | created by review: Dropped the research-narration paragraph in About with its gs1uk, gdsn and edgar reference rows, and rebuilt the entry. The prefix basis is kept as a fact and corrected: re-reading the Open Food Facts | Diff |
