It was incorporated on 8 December 2003 as the shelf company Trushelfco (No.3014) Limited and took its present name on 9 January 2004; its registered nature of business is activities of head offices.[1] Warner Music Group Corp., a Delaware corporation, has been registered as its person with significant control since 3 June 2020, holding 75% or more of its shares and voting rights; Leonard Blavatnik was registered as its person with significant control from 6 April 2016, under two entries that ceased on 29 June 2018 and 3 June 2020.[2] Warner Music Group Corp. lists it, as a company of England and Wales, among the subsidiaries in Exhibit 21.1 to its Form 10-K for the year ended 30 September 2025.[3]
It was the person with significant control of Warner Music International Services Limited from its notification on 6 April 2016 until 27 April 2021, when WMG Global Ventures Limited replaced it.[4]
