Universal Music Group Holdings, Inc. is a Delaware corporation in the Universal Music Group, named with Universal Music Group, Inc. as a parent company of UMG Recordings, Inc. in that company's May 2026 corporate disclosure statement.[1] In its own corporate disclosure statement, filed in a California copyright case in April 2023, it identified Universal Music Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and Universal Music Group N.V., a Netherlands public limited company, as its corporate parents.[2] Universal Music Group, Inc. in turn names Universal Music Group N.V. as its parent.[3] Universal Music Group N.V.'s 2025 annual report lists it among the group's United States entities.[4]
