Parle Agro Private Limited, styled Parlé Agro on its packs, is an Indian beverage and foods company seated on the Western Express Highway in Andheri East, Mumbai.^[1] It is led and owned by Prakash Chauhan and his daughters, one of three separate, non-competing companies the Chauhan family created when it divided the original Parle business founded in 1929; a 2009 Bombay High Court ruling records that it is a distinct company with no relationship to Parle Products.^[2] Its own site calls it the largest Indian beverage company, with over 5,500 employees and the brands Frooti, Appy, Appy Fizz, BFizz, Smoodh, Bailley, Bailley Soda and Bombay99.^[3]

The company was incorporated on 25 December 1985 under corporate identity number U15130MH1985PTC038459 and holds LEI 335800PJ9F6G87YBDL10, which was still ACTIVE at its 30 January 2026 update.^[1] Frooti, launched in 1985, was its first product.^[2] No company sits above it: it is held by members of the Chauhan family rather than a corporate parent, and GLEIF carries both direct- and ultimate-parent reporting exceptions of NON_CONSOLIDATING for the entity.^[4]
