Mondelez UK Holdings & Services Limited is an English company at Cadbury House, Sanderson Road, Uxbridge, incorporated on 6 May 1897, whose registered business is cocoa and chocolate confectionery manufacture and the activity of head offices.[1] It was registered as Cadbury Schweppes Public Limited Company until 2 May 2008, then briefly as Cadbury Schweppes Limited, as Cadbury Holdings Limited from 7 May 2008 and under its present name since 29 April 2013.[1] It is the person with significant control of company 01293962, the former Vantas International Limited, since 6 April 2016.[2] Its own controller has been Chromium Acquisitions Limited since 15 July 2026; before that it was the company then named Cadbury Limited, the former Cadbury plc, from 6 April 2016.[3]
