About Cadbury plc

Cadbury plc was the holding company at the top of the Cadbury group, incorporated in England on 7 February 2008 and put in place when Cadbury Schweppes split its confectionery business from its American drinks business.[1][2] Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Inc., today Keurig Dr Pepper, completed its separation from Cadbury plc on 7 May 2008 and listed on the New York Stock Exchange; Wikipedia dates the demerger itself 2 May 2008, the day Cadbury Schweppes plc became Cadbury plc.[3][2] Kraft Foods bought the company in 2010, and the Cadbury business has belonged to Mondelez International, the group Kraft's snack business was spun off into, ever since.[2]

The register carries the rest of the name history: re-registered as Cadbury Limited on 4 June 2010 and renamed Vantas International Limited on 18 August 2026, when it exchanged names with an older group company at the same address, 01293962, which had been Vantas International Limited since 1977 and is now the Cadbury Limited on the register; that company has its own page here, Vantas International (company/vantas-international).[1][4] The company is active at Cadbury House in Uxbridge; Chromium Acquisitions Limited has been its person with significant control since 6 April 2016, and Mondelez International's own subsidiaries list names it among the group's United Kingdom companies.[5][6] Cadbury UK Limited, which the same subsidiaries list carries separately, is a different company of the group.[6]
