Mondelez Slovakia s.r.o. is the Slovak sales company of the Mondelēz International group, registered in Bratislava under IČO 47681225 at Račianska 44.[1] It was incorporated on 20 February 2014 as Slovakia Commercial s.r.o. and took its present name on 30 June 2014, the day after its parent transferred the group's Slovak trading business to it on 29 June 2014.[1][2] Its sole shareholder is Mondelez Slovakia Holding a. s., which reports a 100% share; in 2024 the company sold chocolate confectionery, biscuits, sweets and croissants in Slovakia under brands including Milka, Figaro, Oreo, Bebe, Brumik, Opavia, Halls and 7Days.[2] The Milka Happy Cow 100 g tablet prints it beside an SK country badge as Distribútor: Mondelez Slovakia s.r.o., Račianska 44, 832 42 Bratislava, with the infolinka 0800 611 411.[3][4]
The holding above it is the former Figaro chocolate company of Bratislava, and it answers in turn to Kraft Foods Schweiz Holding GmbH of Zug.
