(IČO 31320180) as sole partner since incorporation on 2014-02-20, and the holding's 2024 consolidated annual report states a 100% share, so I added `owned_by` company/mondelez-slovakia-holding (verified). I also upgraded `parent_org` Mondelez International from derived to verified using the SEC Exhibit 21.1. I created a stub for the holding (the former Figaro Bratislava / Kraft Foods Slovakia, a.s.). Its own audited IFRS notes for 2024 name Kraft Foods Schweiz Holding GmbH as its 99.86% shareholder, so the stub carries that `owned_by` plus `parent_org` Mondelez International. The walk joins the existing company/kraft-foods-schweiz-holding page, which already has its own owner rows. On this page I added Identity summary, registered_address, register_ids SK-ICO:47681225 and founded, a head-office Establishments row, and the former legal name Slovakia Commercial s.r.o. as an alias.
