Mondelez Ireland Limited is the Irish sales and distribution company of the Mondelēz International group, registered at Malahide Road, Coolock, Dublin 5 under company number 8513 since 2 August 1933.[1] It sells and distributes confectionery and related goods on the Irish market,[2] where its directors count categories in confectionery, cheese, bakery and grocery and name Cadbury, Sour Patch Kids, Toblerone, TUC, Marabou, Mikado and Chips Ahoy among its brands.[3] The export pack of the Milka Happy Cow 100 g tablet prints it beside an IE country badge as Mondelez Ireland, Freephone 1-800 678708, Malahide Road, Coolock, Dublin 5.[4]

Accounts filed for 2023 raised revenue from €229.39 million to €282.34 million and pre-tax profit from €2.6 million to €6.17 million on 78 employees, and record a dividend of €60 million paid during the year to the company's parent, Kraft Foods Schweiz Holding GmbH of Zug.[3] Mondelēz International's subsidiaries exhibit for the year ended 31 December 2025 lists it among the group's Irish companies, beside Mondelez Ireland Production Limited, Cadbury Schweppes Ireland Limited and Kraft Foods Ireland Intellectual Property Limited.[5] The Coolock site it is registered at opened in 1956 and holds the group's Ireland commercial offices as well as a chocolate plant; the first Cadbury factory in Ireland stood at Ossory Road, Dublin, from 1932.[6]
