The two research-narration sentences the flag named are gone, replaced by what the register and the filings actually say. Identity now carries legal_name Mondelez Ireland Limited, registered_address Malahide Road, Coolock, Dublin 5, register_ids IE-CRO:8513, founded 1933-08-02 and a summary, all from the CRO data on SoloCheck (new reference solocheck); added the registered office to Establishments, legal and search aliases, and a rewritten About with what the company sells, its 2023 figures and the Coolock site (new references irishtimes-2017 and mdlz-ireland). Not settled: the CRO's own search at core.cro.ie is behind Cloudflare and the CRO web service needs credentials, so the shareholder rests on the press report of the filed accounts rather than on the B1 itself, and no source I could reach gives an earlier name for company 8513 (it already stood as Mondelez Ireland Limited in the 2014 subsidiaries exhibit). | |
