Mondelez Czech Republic s.r.o. is the Prague sales company of the Mondelēz International group, entered in the commercial register of the Municipal Court in Prague on 21 September 1992 under IČO 47123915.[1] Its sole shareholder is Kraft Foods Schweiz Holding GmbH of Zug, and the group parent lists it among its Czech subsidiaries beside Mondelez CR Biscuit Production s.r.o. and Opavia - LU, s.r.o.[1][2] The Milka Happy Cow 100 g tablet prints it beside a CZ country badge as Prodávající: Mondelez Czech Republic s.r.o., Karolinská 661/4, 186 00 Praha 8 Karlín, with the infolinka 800 400 118; the 2017 generation of the pack prints the same address and number.[3][4]

The company was founded as JACOBS SUCHARD CS, spol. s r.o., with Jacobs Suchard AG of Zurich as shareholder, and was renamed Kraft Jacobs Suchard spol. s r.o. in April 1994, Kraft Foods CR s.r.o. in March 2000 and Mondelez Czech Republic s.r.o. on 29 April 2013.[1] The register then names Kraft General Foods, Inc. and, from May 1995, Kraft Foods International, Inc. as shareholder; in May 2008 the stake passed to Kraft Foods Holding (Europa) GmbH and on 30 June 2008 to Kraft Foods Schweiz Holding GmbH, which held 99.9% beside Kraft Foods Cesko Holdings B.V. until April 2015.[1] Jacobs Suchard Dadák a.s. of Valašské Meziříčí was merged into the company on 31 May 1996. In 2013 it contributed its coffee factory to Mondelez CR Coffee Production s.r.o. and sold its shared-services and procurement units to the Czech branches of Kraft Foods Europe Services GmbH and Kraft Foods Europe Procurement GmbH; in 2015 part of its business was split off into Douwe Egberts Czech Republic s.r.o., and on 1 January 2022 it absorbed CHIPITA CZ, s.r.o.[1] Its registered seat was at Karolinská 661/4 from 2010 and moved to Rohanské nábřeží 670/17 in Karlín on 1 March 2025.[1]
