About Mars French Holding
Mars French Holding SAS is a holding company of the Mars group, registered under SIREN 499 276 913 with holding-company activity (NAF 64.20Z) and its seat on the boulevard des Chenâts at Saint-Denis-de-l'Hôtel near Orléans.[1] It is a subsidiary of Mars Nederland B.V., the group's Dutch company at Veghel,[2] and the sole shareholder of Mars Wrigley Confectionery France, the group's chocolate company at Haguenau.[3]
The company was registered on 2 July 2007 at Biesheim in Alsace as Wrigley French Holding SAS, the French holding of the Wrigley chewing-gum business; its LEI was issued under that name.[4] In December 2017, in an intra-group reorganisation, Mars Nederland B.V. contributed its shares in Masterfoods Holding SAS of Saint-Denis-de-l'Hôtel to the company in exchange for new shares, bringing its capital to €53,476,396.33.[2] By decision of its sole shareholder on 14 December 2020 it took the name Mars French Holding SAS and moved its seat to Saint-Denis-de-l'Hôtel, transferring from the Colmar to the Orléans trade register; it is a single-shareholder SAS.[5]
