About JAB Beauty
JAB Beauty B.V. is the Dutch company through which the JAB group holds its stake in the American beauty group Coty Inc. It was entered in the Amsterdam commercial register in January 2019 under the name Cottage Holdco B.V., which is the vehicle that acquired 150,000,000 shares of Coty Class A common stock at USD 11.65 a share in a tender offer completed on 30 April 2019, and it carries the present name today.[1][2] On 12 September 2025 it held 451,853,684 Class A shares, 50.3 % of the class, which makes Coty a controlled company under the governance rules of the New York Stock Exchange; it is a party, with JAB Holdings B.V., to the stockholders agreement that governs that holding.[1] The register gives the LEI 529900Q6NMVSKHLCSY46 and the Dutch chamber-of-commerce number 73842826.[2]
JAB Beauty is a direct subsidiary of JAB Holdings B.V., at the same Piet Heinkade 55 address in Amsterdam, and an indirect subsidiary of Agnaten SE and Lucresca SE, both seated at 4 Rue Jean Monnet in Luxembourg; its Schedule 13D/A of 3 September 2025 reports all four companies together as holders of the Coty stake.[1][3] The JAB group's own filings of June 2026 set out the chain above JAB Holdings: JAB Investments S.Γ r.l., then JAB Holding Company S.Γ r.l., then Joh. A. Benckiser B.V., whose parent companies are Agnaten SE and Lucresca SE.[4]
