About Agnaten SE

Benckiser B.V., the parent of JAB Holding Company S.Ã r.l., which holds JAB Investments S.Ã r.l., JAB Holdings B.V. and the investment companies below them, among them JAB Beauty B.V., the majority holder of Coty Inc.[2][3] Its GLEIF record reports no direct or ultimate parent entity above it.[4]
The company was registered as Parentes Holding SE in 2013 and took the name Agnaten SE in 2014.[5] In 2018 it was an Austrian company with its business address at Rooseveltplatz 4–5 in Vienna, described as a controlling stockholder of JAB Holding Company, while Lucresca SE, then also Austrian, was the parent of the minority stockholder Donata Holdings B.V.; Peter Harf was its sole managing director, and Renate Reimann-Haas, Wolfgang Reimann, Stefan Reimann-Anderson and Matthias Reimann-Anderson sat on its administrative board.[6] GLEIF dates its Luxembourg entity from 30 September 2020, and by 2025 the group's filings described it as incorporated under the laws of Luxembourg.[1][3] Wikipedia names Agnaten as the primary shareholder of JAB in the group's 2016 consolidated financial statements and says the Reimann family owns JAB; citing PrivCo, it also calls Agnaten a subsidiary of Joh. A. Benckiser GmbH, which the SEC filings do not show.[7]
