A. Benckiser B.V., and through JAB Holding Company S.à r.l., JAB Investments S.à r.l. and JAB Holdings B.V. an indirect parent of JAB Indulgence B.V., which held 43.03% of Krispy Kreme, Inc. common stock.^[2] It is likewise an indirect parent of JAB Beauty B.V., the majority holder of Coty Inc., and reports that holding together with Agnaten SE.^[3] Coty's 2025 proxy statement names Joachim Creus, Frank Engelen, Stefan Reimann-Andersen, Martin Haas, Mathias Reimann-Andersen and Oliver Reimann as the managing directors of both Lucresca and Agnaten.^[1]

The company was named Donata Holding SE until 2014, as Coty's 2014 proxy statement and the SEC filer record show.^[4][5] The SEC filer record still gives Austria as its place of incorporation and a business address at Rooseveltplatz 4–5 in Vienna, while the group's 2025 and 2026 filings describe it as incorporated under the laws of Luxembourg.^[5][2] Peter Harf, chairman of Coty, was a managing director of Lucresca and Agnaten until his retirement from the JAB group, as described in the 2025 proxy.^[1]
