Hoop Polska sp. z o.o. was a Polish soft-drink and syrup maker seated at ul. Wschodnia 5 in Kutno, entered in the register on 8 December 2006 as Inesco Investments and renamed soon after.[1] It bottled Hoop Cola, the Jupik children's drinks, Arctic+ waters and the Paola syrups, and took the Paola brand over in 2006; from 2008 it belonged to the Czech group Kofola ČeskoSlovensko, which sold all of its shares to ZMB Capital in February 2019.[2] Bottles carrying its Kutno address were still on sale in 2024.[3] The company ceased to exist on 14 February 2024, when its whole estate passed to Ustronianka sp. z o.o. and it was struck from the register.[1]
