Paola

brand

About

Paola is a Polish brand of fruit syrups for dilution, bottled in glass and sold chiefly in Polish grocery. Its classic range is built on raspberry, cherry, strawberry, lemon, cranberry and linden-flower recipes, and the brand's own site presents Malina among them.[1] The Kutno drinks maker Hoop Polska took the brand over in 2006 and kept it through its years in the Czech Kofola group.[2] Since Hoop Polska's merger into Ustronianka the syrups are made in Ustroń, and the group holding company ZMB Capital names Paola among the brands it owns.[3] Several flavours are sold as liquid food supplements carrying added vitamins rather than as plain squashes.[1]
