Ustronianka sp. z o.o. is a Polish drinks maker seated at ul. Jelenica 72 in Ustroń, registered under KRS 0000162128.^[1] It is best known for mineral water, and it took on the whole estate of the Kutno syrup and soft-drink maker Hoop Polska when that company was merged into it in February 2024, gaining the Kutno plant and the Paola, Hoop Cola and Arctic+ ranges.^[2] Polish grocers now name Ustronianka as the producer on the Paola syrup data sheets.^[3] The company is wholly owned by ZMB Capital sp. z o.o. of the same address.^[1]
