About GoTo Foods

GoTo Foods, known as Focus Brands until its rebrand in 2024, is an Atlanta-based restaurant franchisor and the parent company of Auntie Anne's, Carvel, Cinnabon, Jamba, McAlister's Deli, Moe's Southwest Grill and Schlotzsky's; it also franchises Seattle's Best Coffee on certain military bases and in certain international markets.[1] The group counts more than 7,100 locations in all 50 US states and 70 countries and territories.[2] It is a portfolio company of the Atlanta private equity firm Roark Capital Group.[1]

Focus Brands was launched in 2001 as a holding company for Carvel Corporation, which Roark had acquired that year.[2][3] It bought Cinnabon, with the international operations of Seattle's Best Coffee, from AFC Enterprises in 2004,[4] then added Schlotzsky's in 2006, Moe's Southwest Grill in 2007, Auntie Anne's in 2010, McAlister's Deli in 2013 and Jamba in 2018.[2] The Jamba purchase closed on 14 September 2018.[3]
