Roark Capital Group, legally Roark Capital Management, LLC, is an Atlanta private equity firm founded in 2001 by its managing partner Neal K. Aronson, investing mainly in franchise, restaurant and food, health and wellness and business services companies.[1] It is registered with the US Securities and Exchange Commission as an investment adviser at 1180 Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta.[2] Its current investments include GoTo Foods, Inspire Brands, Driven Brands and Subway.[3]

Roark Capital Management is a Delaware limited liability company, wholly owned by RCM Manager LLC, of which Neal Aronson is the managing member and controlling owner.[4] Its Form ADV filed on 31 March 2026 lists RCM Manager LLC as its managing member with 75% or more since January 2015, and Neal Keith Aronson as the managing member of RCM Manager LLC with 75% or more.[5]
