Decca Music Group Limited is a private limited company registered in England under number 00718329, incorporated on 19 March 1962 as The Decca Record Company Limited and renamed on 3 November 1999; its registered office is at 4 Pancras Square, London.^[1] Universal Music Leisure Limited has held more than 75% of its shares and voting rights since at least 6 April 2016.^[2] The company records, licenses and markets mainly classical repertoire and absorbed the Philips classical label in 1999.^[3][4] It is named as ℗ and © holder on Philips Classics discs from 2002.^[5]
