Cloetta Slovakia s.r.o. is a Slovak confectionery company of the Cloetta group with its seat at Ul. Zeppelina 5 in Levice, entered in the commercial register at the Okresný súd Nitra on 9 November 2005 under identification number 35962488 and file Sro/21135/N.[1] Its registered shareholders are two Dutch group companies in Breda: Cloetta Holland B.V., with EUR 8,090,345 of the EUR 8,091,095 registered capital, and Cloetta Finance Holland B.V., with EUR 750.[2] Cloetta Holland is in turn owned by the Swedish listed group Cloetta AB, which completed its purchase of the Leaf group on 16 February 2012.[3]

The company traded as Leaf Slovakia s.r.o. from 15 November 2005 to 31 December 2013 and has carried its present name since 1 January 2014. Its seat was at Géňa 5555/60 in Levice until December 2012 and in Bratislava before November 2007.[1] The EU trade mark register transferred the word mark CHEWITS, EU trade mark 002860534, to it under its Leaf name by an entry of 9 July 2008,[4] and a further total transfer entered on 22 October 2021 passed the mark to Cloetta Holland B.V.[5] Chewits production moved from the British factory at Southport to Slovakia in 2006.[6]
