About
Cloetta AB is a Swedish confectionery group registered in Sundbyberg under organisation number 556308-8144.[1] It became independent of Cloetta Fazer in 2008 and was listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange that December. A merger with Leaf was announced in December 2011, and the group acquired the pick-and-mix supplier Candyking in 2017.[2] Its brands include Läkerol, Jenkki, Malaco and Red Band, as well as Chewits.[2][3]
