Asahi Holdings (Australia) Pty Ltd is the private parent company of the Asahi Group's Australian companies, registered on 10 February 2009 under ACN 135 315 767.[1] It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Asahi Group Holdings, the Tokyo-listed Japanese group, and lodges the group's joint modern slavery statement for Australia on behalf of itself and wholly owned subsidiaries including Asahi Beverages Pty Ltd, CUB Pty Ltd and Fosters Group Pty Ltd.[2] All group entities share its chairman, chief executive and executive management, and its registered office at Level 19, 2 Southbank Boulevard, Southbank serves every Australian group company.[2]
