Anheuser-Busch InBev Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG is the German operating company of the Anheuser-Busch InBev group and the food business operator printed on Beck's bottles. Its imprint gives the seat as Am Deich 18/19, 28199 Bremen, the register entry as HRA 23055 at the Amtsgericht Bremen and the VAT number as DE 114 392 393; the general partner is Brauerei Beck & Co. GmbH, HRB 34921 at the same court.[1] Its shareholder is Anheuser-Busch InBev Germany Holding GmbH of the same address,[2] and the group lists both companies among its subsidiaries in its annual report.[3]
The partnership was created on 5 May 2003 and holds the legal entity identifier 5493006C7NZKU9A4B241.[4] It traded as InBev Deutschland Vertriebs GmbH & Co. KG until 2011, when it became Anheuser-Busch InBev Deutschland Vertriebs GmbH & Co. KG, and its accounts have named InBev Germany Holding GmbH, since renamed Anheuser-Busch InBev Germany Holding GmbH, as shareholder since at least 2007.
