About Nizoral
Nizoral is a brand of anti-dandruff shampoo whose active ingredient is ketoconazole, an antifungal; its US maker calls it the only over-the-counter anti-dandruff shampoo that contains ketoconazole.[1] In June 2018 Kramer Laboratories, Inc. announced that it had acquired the brand, then sold in North America and Latin America, from Janssen Pharmaceutica NV, a member of the Johnson & Johnson family of companies; Kramer's chief executive described it as having over a 25-year history.[2] US packs name Kramer Laboratories, Inc. of Bridgewater, New Jersey, as distributor.[3]
