Janssen Pharmaceutica is the Belgian pharmaceutical company at Turnhoutseweg 30 in Beerse, wholly owned by Johnson & Johnson, and the house where loperamide was discovered and first sold as Imodium.^[1][2] The Crossroads Bank for Enterprises carries it as active enterprise 0403.834.160, a naamloze vennootschap whose Dutch name Janssen Pharmaceutica and start date of 23 October 1934 reach back to N.V.
