About Kramer Laboratories
Kramer Laboratories, Inc. was founded in 1983 as a marketer of branded over-the-counter medicines in foot care and cough and cold, with Fungi-Nail as its flagship brand alongside HC Max and Safetussin; in 2018 it was a portfolio company of Avista Capital Partners and Dana Holdings.[1] In June 2018 it acquired the Nizoral anti-dandruff shampoo brand for North America and Latin America from Janssen Pharmaceutica NV.[1] It is the labeler of Nizoral shampoo in the FDA's drug listings, and US cartons name it as distributor at Bridgewater, New Jersey.[2][3]
In October 2019 the company announced its new corporate name, Arcadia Consumer Healthcare, Inc., with Kramer Laboratories, Inc. and Kramer Consumer Healthcare, Inc. becoming its subsidiaries; the release said current products would continue to be sold under the Kramer Laboratories, Inc. entity.[4]
