Kellogg's

brand

About

Kellogg's is the brand name under which the Kellogg Company, headquartered in Battle Creek, Michigan, sold breakfast cereals such as Corn Flakes, Rice Krispies and Frosted Flakes.[1] W. K. Kellogg founded the company as the Battle Creek Toasted Corn Flake Company on 19 February 1906, and it became the Kellogg Company in 1922.[1] In October 2023 the company renamed itself Kellanova and spun off its North American cereal business as WK Kellogg Co; Ferrero bought WK Kellogg Co and Mars bought Kellanova in 2025.[1][2] European packs such as the 360 g Corn Flakes carton are signed with the red Kellogg's script logo.[3]
