About this product
POLlux is an uncoated woodfree office paper made at the MM Kwidzyn mill in northern Poland and sold there as a 500-sheet A4 ream under this barcode.[1] It is the middle grade of the POL cut-size range: 80 g/m², CIE whiteness 161, 108 µm thick, 94 % opaque and cleared for both laser and inkjet printing, with an alkaline reserve meeting the PN-EN ISO 9706 permanence standard.[2] MM Kwidzyn sp. z o.o. publishes the POL brand site and is named as the manufacturer on Polish listings of this article.[3]

The Kwidzyn mill, whose two uncoated-freesheet machines make these papers, passed from International Paper to the Mayr-Melnhof group when that purchase closed on 11 August 2021 and the buying division was renamed MM Board & Paper.[4] The barcode is older than that owner: the 2006 Barcodepedia entry it comes from already described it as copier, inkjet, laser and fax paper.[5]
