About this product
Sprite, The Coca-Cola Company's lemon-lime soft drink, in the one-litre refillable PET bottle sold in Germany with a EUR 0.15 deposit.[1] German drinks retailers list this barcode singly and in crates of twelve, one of them since February 2015.[1][2] The labels are German only and name the Berlin Coca-Cola bottler as operator, selling the drink with The Coca-Cola Company's permission.[3] The recipe has changed twice on this bottle: the 2015 label declares no juice and 37 kcal per 100 ml, the 2020 label adds 1% lemon juice and 0.1% lime juice at 33 kcal, and since early 2023 the German recipe drops the juice and adds tartaric acid, at 33 kcal and 7.9 g of sugars.[3][4][5] The old Barcodepedia page already described a 1 l PET bottle of Sprite in 2007.[6]
