About this product
This is the 2023 Fish People double CD of Aerial, the eighth album by English singer-songwriter Kate Bush, catalogue number FP8CD, first released in 2005.[4][5] It is one of ten Bush albums reissued on 20 November 2023 in new Ecopak packaging with booklets and resealable poly sleeves, all carrying the 2018 remastering by Bush and James Guthrie, and released via The state51 Conspiracy.[6] The two picture discs hold the suites A Sea of Honey and A Sky of Honey, sixteen tracks lasting about 80 minutes, with a 24-page booklet; copyright in the recording is credited to Noble & Brite Ltd.[4] The 2018 remaster replaced Rolf Harris's contributions to A Sky of Honey with performances by Bush's son Albert McIntosh.[5] Retailers in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Germany list it under this barcode.[1][2][3]
Bush first reissued Aerial and her other studio albums on her own label, Fish People, in 2011, and the label issued them again in remastered form in 2018.[5] Bush's official store sells this CD as the Fish People Edition, alongside black and Goldy Locks coloured vinyl pressings from the same campaign.[7]
