Vitamin D

About

Vitamin D is the fat-soluble vitamin added to fortified breakfast cereals. Ready Brek Original lists it among the nutrients added after the oats and declares 4.3 µg per 100 g, a quarter of the adult reference amount in a 30 g serving.^[1] The label names only "Vitamin D" and not the form used, so this entry is kept separate from ingredient/vitamin-d3 rather than equated with it.^[1]
