About

Tequila is an agave distillate and was the flavouring alcohol of the original Desperados recipe.[1] Polish labels of that generation declared it as "naturalny aromat z Tequili",[2] and Torimpex's data sheet for the 400 ml bottle still prints the quantitative declaration "Piwo 99,4 %, Tequila 0,6 %" with the wording "naturalny aromat (zawiera Tequilę)".[3] The recipe was later reformulated to use an agave spirit instead.[1]
