Semi-skimmed milk

ingredient

About

Heat-treated cow's milk whose fat content has been reduced to at least 1.50 % and at most 1.80 % by mass, one of the EU sales descriptions for drinking milk.[1] German packs call it fettarme Milch, as on Gut & Günstig Fettarme H-Milch with 1.5 % fat.[2] Sold on its own it needs no ingredient list, because it is a single-ingredient food whose name identifies the ingredient.[3]
